Lost 2 lbs. this week. That is awesome, however, I lost my focus as well. Initially my aim was 2 pounds a week and somehow I started to think it should be more. Time to erase that tape playing in my head. Two pounds a week is awesome! I haven't been able to get my walks in that much this week and still lost 2 lbs? THAT'S SUPER AWESOME!
I'm planning out my meals for next week and am definitely going to buy some containers this weekend. I need to figure out a snack that will satisfy me but won't take too long to eat, if anyone has a suggestion please let me know! Carrots and hummus would take too long but that's one of my go-to snacks.

My philosophy about eating is this: Eat real food. Real eggs, butter, veggies. Eliminating processed junk as much as possible.
